Can I receive a refund if I have to cancel?
Our primary goal is to provide our clients with a safe post -op experience. Her Unicorn Dreams, LLC adheres to Universal precautions, CDC standards and state regulations as it pertains to COVID-19. In the event your recovery assistant becomes ill, exhibits COVID-19 symptoms, including but not limited to a fever, sore throat, headache, or cough, Her Unicorn Dreams, will make every effort to appoint another recovery assistant; however, if a recovery assistant is not available, services will be cancelled with 100% refund, including deposits and any other prior payments. In the event a client that is scheduled to receive services test positive for COVID-19 and or any other variants of COVID, and or displays symptoms, including “flu like symptoms” services will be cancelled, and every effort will be made to re-scheduled services.
How soon can I book?
If you are in the ATL area, you have to book 48 hours before your service, that way we have time to prepare and make sure your services with us run smoothly.
What if I am not in ATL, can I still book?
Yes, we have an option for us to fly to you, but you will need to contact us HERE so we can work out the details.
